Have you ever thought about permanent make up but not been sure quite how to go about it or what it entails?
Hopefully this blog will answer some of your questions!
Whether you get in touch with me via email or phone call, we will discuss the various treatments on offer, and I will invite you to come and see me for a free consultation where we can have a chat about the finished look that you are after, and which treatment you would like to go for.
When you come in for your consultation, have your brows how you like to wear them day to day, with your powder/pencil on, or just as they are if you don’t normally fill them in. If you are coming for a lip consultation, bring your favourite lipstick with you so that we can decide which colour/s will be the closest match.
I will show you pictures of my work on other clients so that you can make a decision as to whether I am the right artist for the outcome that you desire. You can ask me as many questions as you like about the procedure, me, my training, my pigments, anything! I will show you a microblade and the machine that I use for powder brows and shading so that there are no surprises on the day that you come for your treatment.
If you would like to go ahead, I will then carry out a quick patch test to make sure that you don’t have an allergic reaction to any of the products that I will be using. This involves a small pin prick in the lower arm and a small swab of pigment. It is quick and painless. Most clients say that they didn’t even realise I had done it!
We will then organise a date and time for you to come for your initial treatment, and I ask for a £50 deposit to hold the appointment.
Once the day arrives, it is best that you drive without any makeup applied to the area/s that I will be working on, but if travelling without make up makes you uncomfortable, I can remove it at the appointment.
I try and make my studio as comfortable and relaxing an environment as possible to ensure that you are at ease from the moment you arrive.
